SnowDay_2.Doc

  • Mood: meh
  • Music: "Blahblahblahblahblah"
  • Thoughts: I want to go see Zak and Ali again.
I'd like to start out this one today with saying that I almost just ruined my pants. I decided to do a move that's in the spear form in which you jump and spin, then land in a stance that as one leg out straight while the other is in a crouching position. There was so much tension in my jeans they felt like they were going to tear in half.

Which is why we do Kempo in Ghi pants and not Jeans

oh well

Today is a snow day. The second one already, which is a little depressing, but oh well. So now that I have a bunch of time on my hands, I'll write about my field trip yesterday.

I'll start out by saying, I kinda wish I didn't go, and I'm kinda glad that I went at the same time. In retrospect, I had fun. At the time, I wish I could've stayed. Especially after Star told me that the group session was really good that day.

But oh well

So that day started with us getting on the Bus at 7:30 after I dropped off the soda for the party that I could not attend. I ended up sitting next to Gandhi, Holland and Rock Lee. This was pretty chill overall. The way there, me and Gandhi didn't talk too much. I was sleepy, and she was busy texting her bf, laughing at the fact that he had to go to school.

But the laugh was on us.

Because we ended up getting stuck in traffic, because we decided to go into New York City in (according to Gandhi) was the worst and most obvious way to enter the city. Also, somebody got into a little fender bender, which caused a backup of a couple miles. Although while in this jam, we saw a guy that had a truck that was outfitted to drive on railroad tracks. Which was pretty freaking cool.

Upon getting into the city, we promptly got lost in the Bronx. That was cool though. There was a lot of interesting things to look at. Me and Rock Lee were talking about how cool it would be to have a massive paintball game on the rooftops and empty buildings. Using Freerunning and Parkour to get around.

Then, when we got out of the Bronx, we got lost in Harlem.

That was kinda fun though. Gandhi, Holland, Rock Lee and I started to point out interesting things that we saw and discussed them. We liked talking about some of the Gender neutral people that we saw, or certain pieces of art. There were some AMAZING statues and churches that we passed. Holland is big into churches, so she made sure to point all of them out, even if the other three of us didn't recognize it.

By the time we actually found where we were going, we were only able to see the last 20 minutes of the play that we were going to go see.

Although dinner made up for it. :] it was really good. Or at least I thought it was really good. But I found out that I really don't like Flan. And I tried it too! The top part tasted really good, until the egg-y-ness of it sunk in. And then it sucked.

Then came the wonderful trek back home. We got stuck in traffic pretty much all the way back. But it was more fun, because we all pretty much went insane. Sporty Spice (loling at that name) was getting ridiculously teenage hormonal. He was pretty much asking Gandhi if she'd have sex with him in the seat. Holland and I were having fun again talking about things we saw, but then the two of us got into what Sporty, Gandhi and a few others were doing.

It took us about four hours to actually get home, which was ridiculous. It had also taken four hours to get there, which was also obscene

So that was my day.

Today is pretty chill overall. No School, which I'm glad for, because I really didn't want to go to school today. I've also been talking a bit to Star, which is really nice. It's kinda surprising as well. I didn't expect some things. Well, actually I didn't expect a lot of things.

Though it makes sense. With 7 billion people in the world, you're bound to meet someone who is similar to you in some aspects that you never thought possible. If there are people who are twins from different parents because they were dealt the same genetic hand, it can work the same way with personality.

But to meet them at school. Well that's something that I thought was a little out of the ordinary. I always expected it to happen like in College someplace. Or maybe even in a random meeting in a bar or club. I kind of expected it to be a girl, seeing as I'm naturally more open to them. Probably due to the fact that people that have hurt me the most have been of the male species.

I don't know. I'm getting lazy, and because I'm doing this in the kitchen, my Mom is talking my ear off.
